A more comprehensive acknowledgement is in progress. We appreciate your patience as we continue to deepen our learnings and work.
Understanding People First:
We begin by understanding you, the people behind the passion, and everyone on your team who will interact with the tools and systems. By listening carefully to your needs, motivations, and frustrations, we collaboratively design solutions so that they fit your team and meets your goals.
Sustainable Implementation:
We are here to help you implement systems and tools that allow your team to spend their energy doing what they do best. We will walk with you throughout the project, and manage the workflow so that you can concentrate on running your business.
Mission:
We partner with organizations to create meaningful, people-centred change, helping them reach their full potential and better serve their communities.
Values:
Fuel passions by designing processes that empower organizations.
As a Business and Systems Analyst, Project Manager, and Implementation and Support Consultant, I collaborate with organizations to develop effective strategies and processes in support of their goals.
For the last decade, I've helped small businesses, nonprofit organizations, and educational institutions across Canada and the USA transform their operations to better support their teams and objectives. While I work with technology, my focus is always on ensuring that it serves your strategy through clear, human-centred workflows that prioritize decision-making and effective execution.
As a volunteer, I have been supporting vulnerable and at-risk populations since 2004. Since moving to the Comox Valley, I have been volunteering in the supportive housing, and indigenous reconciliation spaces by developing operational capacity. I am grateful for the opportunity to learn and share in these ways, in the place that I consider home.
