Discovery

Here's where we do a lot of mapping. Our goal is to understand your systems and processes related to your goals, as described by the relevant stakeholders: The goal setters, organizers, doers, and whatever blend of each that you have!

By asking the right questions to the right people, we'll be able to establish a vision of success and we'll know what we need to build so that we can set you up for long-term success.

Deliverables: Requirements specification document, user stories, process flows.

Process Mapping & Improvement

We collaborate with you to analyze and improve your existing processes, ensuring the new system will support your organizational goals.

Deliverables: Current state vs. future state process maps, pain point analysis, recommendations for process improvements.

Implementation Planning & Project Management

We create a detailed project plan and manage the entire implementation process, ensuring that milestones are met on time and within budget.

Deliverables: Gantt chart, project schedule, milestone tracking, issue log.

Data Migration Strategy & Execution

We develop and execute a plan for migrating your data from legacy systems to the new platform, ensuring a seamless transition.

Deliverables: Data mapping, migration strategy, test plans.

Testing

This part will be heavy on your team as they test drive the new processes. Your team will run through a testing methodology, as well as in situations as close to real life as possible, giving you full confidence before we officially launch.

Deliverables: Test scripts, issues tracker, enhancements tracker.

Roll-Out

The day has come! We'll schedule a safe time to go-live with your implementation. We'll be with you during this transition, ensuring that everything runs smoothly as you step into a more empowered way of working.

Support

We'll be on hand to answer any questions, address any initial hiccups, and ensure you and your team feel completely comfortable and confident using the new system. Our goal is to make this transition as smooth and successful as possible for you in the long run.

Our retrospectives are an important step where we review the project together, specifically focusing on the "how-to" aspects of business analysis and project management. This collaborative analysis is designed to equip your team with the tools and insights to confidently engage in your next implementation.
